So I tried a new recipe tonight from Abby. I don't know what you'd call it but it's chicken, potatoes, ranch dressing and cheese. I went ahead and tried the muenster cheese that was suggested with her recipe. I was kind of nervous, but it was super easy.
Everything was going great until I had to take it out of the oven the first time and put the cheese on it. That's when I noticed...there's a LOT of nasty stuff around the edges - looks like greese. OH maybe I put too much olive oil in it. After I did the cheese I found out, yes I DID put too much olive oil. Hmm. So after draining that I came up with my finished project, and THE picture of the day:

it was actually pretty good. next time, 1/5 of the olive oil that i put in from this time.
